What Swayampe is

Swayampe operates as a Direct Selling Agent and loan marketplace. We introduce borrowers to partner banks and non-banking financial companies. We do not lend, and we do not decide any application.

Approval, the interest rate, fees, repayment terms and disbursement are determined solely by the lending partner, under its own policies and applicable regulation.

No offer of credit

Nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment to lend. Rates, amounts and tenures shown are indicative ranges observed across partner lenders and will differ from what any individual is offered. Calculator outputs are estimates for planning only and exclude fees, insurance and taxes.

Information you provide

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete, and that you will tell us if it changes. Lending decisions rest on it. Providing false information may mean an application is rejected, and may have consequences under law.

Fees

Where Swayampe charges you a fee for its services, it is disclosed to you in writing before any service is rendered. Fees charged by a lending partner, such as processing or documentation charges, are set and communicated by that partner.

Links to partner or third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and marks on this site belong to Swayampe or its licensors, and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Swayampe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, from a lending partner's decision, or from reliance on indicative figures published here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at TODO: jurisdiction city have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
